INTERACTIVE RETAIL EVENT

CHALLENGE:

To create an interactive game for Target shoppers to play while they shop. The idea was to create a sense of community and engagement amongst customers while increasing brand loyalty.

TRANSFORMATION: 

We designed an interactive, multiplayer, motion-based all-ages floor game, similar to Ping-Pong. Scoring and/or defending your nets resulted in points. The first player to gain three points wins!

RESULT:

The game, featured in over 50 Target stores in the US, drew customers in and had them spending more time within the store. Customers with children were able to keep their children engaged and entertained while they shopped. This would prove to be an added benefit as consumers would likely choose to shop in a store where there is an opportunity for their children to be occupied.
