BANK BRANCH TRAINING GAME

CHALLENGE:

This bank understands that in order to engage staff during training, it’s best to create fun and dynamic gamified experiences. In order to help front line staff learn how to navigate their internal search engine, we did just that.

TRANSFORMATION: 
By creating fun and realistic customer scenarios, we developed a point based game that helps teach employees what to do, and where to go to find information important to creating a successful customer experience. Using dynamic animations, and multiple choice questions we take the employee through various scenarios they may encounter, and how to best deal with them. Hints were given and points rewarded to engage employees to learn through play.

RESULT:
Employees retain more information through fun competitive play and are better prepared to create a great customer experience.
